Jason D. Waz, PT

Jason has practiced Physical Therapy in Florida since 1996. He
was born in Buffalo, NY, but grew up on the west coast of Florida
where many elite athletes live and train.

Hap Hudson, ATC/L

Hap's
career has been focused on rehabbing many professional
athletes, mostly in the Philadelphia Phillies and St. Louis Cardinals
Major League Baseball team organizations.

Stephanie Brooke, DPT, ATC (full
bio)
Stephanie is a graduate from the University of South Florida
where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In
2007, she graduated
with honors from the University of Florida where she
completed her undergraduate studies in Athletic Training
with a minor in Health Education and Behavior.

Sports Performance and Sports Rehabilitation SpecialistClaudia was born and raised in Stade, Germany, where
she practiced Physical Therapy for over 8 years. She
received her German license in Athletic Training in 1999
and has been working with many individual athletes
overseas.
